Laser Hair Removal
  • Reduces hair growth at the root
  • Helps prevent ingrown hairs
  • No more constant shaving or stubble
  • Smoother, more even-looking skin
  • Results build with each session

Laser hair removal targets the hair follicle to gradually reduce hair growth over time. Most clients need a series of treatments spaced about 4 to 6 weeks apart for best results. Each session builds on the last, leading to smoother, lower-maintenance skin.

How Laser Hair Removal Works

Laser hair removal uses targeted light energy to heat the hair follicle and gradually reduce future hair growth. Because hair grows in different cycles, a series of treatments is needed to target the hairs while they are in the active growth stage.

Most clients need a series of treatments spaced approximately 4 to 6 weeks apart, depending on the area being treated, hair growth, hormones, and skin type. Facial or hormonal hair may require more consistency and occasional maintenance.

Results build with each session. Hair typically becomes finer, softer, slower growing, and less dense over time.

What Laser Hair Removal Can Help With

Unwanted hair growth Ingrown hairs Razor bumps Shaving irritation Dark stubble appearance Coarse or fast-growing hair Smoother, lower-maintenance skin

What to Expect

For best results, the area should be shaved before treatment. Avoid waxing, tweezing, or plucking before your appointment, as the hair follicle needs to be present for the treatment to work.

Skin must not be recently tanned, sunburned, or irritated before treatment. A consultation is recommended to make sure laser hair removal is suitable for your skin and hair type.

Laser hair removal works best on darker hair. Blonde, grey, white, and very light red hair may not respond well because there is not enough pigment in the hair for the light energy to target.

Maintenance

After completing your initial series, occasional maintenance treatments may be needed, especially for hormonal areas such as the face, chin, upper lip, or bikini area.
